“The Club” After School Program

Altimira provides a wonderful after school opportunity for students. Structure is provided so that all students complete homework assignments, receive healthy snacks, get exercise and have creative enrichment activities daily. “The Club at Altimira”, as it is referred to, is a valuable resource for parents. Students are supervised, have access to tutoring and learn organizational and time management skills that are vital for academic success. Enrichment programs include extended homework help, sports, technology, drama, health, cooking, fine arts, Torch Club, photography, music, dance, science, Passport to Manhood, Smart Girls, and much more. There is no cost for this program and all Altimira students are eligible.  It is a unit of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley, but located on the Altimira Middle School Campus. The Club at Altimira program is open every school day from school dismissal until 6 pm. Free bus transportation home is available at 5:50pm for students that attend.
