Summary: Technology Standards used for learning Garageband ITSE 1: Creativity and Innovation (Make It) - Students will create a piece of music. ITSE 2: Communication and Collaboration (Share It) - Students will share their music with other students and use it in other projects. ITSE 4: Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Decision Making (Solve It) - Student will make decisions on how to create his/her own music. ITSE 6: Technology Operations and Concepts (Use It) - Students will learn Garageband to create a 1-2 minute musical piece in mp3 format.
Assignment: 
  • Create a new folder called Garageband
  • Create a music piece that is 1-2 minutes long
  • Fade music in and out 
  • Have multiple tracks that overlap 
  • Name your piece - add your name   example: happydays mrasmussen
  • Put in the workshop folder for you to share with us
